Dear Customers and Friends of Mortgage Knowledgebase and Property Investment IQ.
At the start of 2010 I am withdrawing from the mortgage broking business and will no longer provide the free Property Investment IQ advisory service.
Due to new minimum volume requirements being imposed by the major banks, I can no longer offer the widest range of loan product alternatives and feel it would be unethical to continue to operate as a mortgage broker with a limited product range.
I had intended to return to a full time corporate role in any case now that my kids are both settled at school so the timing seems right.
In respect to property investment I feel the best advice I can leave you with is to use a Buyer’s Agent for every investment property purchase (see my article ‘Why Use a Buyer’s Agent’ ). I strongly recommend Metropole Property Group’s Buyer’s Agents. They are property investment specialists and have no vested interests in the properties they source for their customers.
